PC Requirements

128 MB RAM or greater; 2 MB hard drive space and a
broadband internet connection.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
In the event of any defect, failure, modification or
discontinuation of the Services or the provision
thereof, neither trueITpros, LLC nor its Providers shall
be liable to the Client or any end user for any actual,
direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential,
punitive or any other damages, or for any lost revenue,
profits or commissions of any kind, whether or not
foreseeable, which are claimed to have arisen there
from. In no event shall either party be liable to the
other party for any special, indirect, consequential or
punitive damages, whether or not foreseeable, which are
claimed to have arisen from any act or omission of
either party in connection with its performance under
this Agreement. The Client is responsible for notifying
trueITpros, LLC of any rules, regulations or laws
required within the Client’s industry for compliance
practices (i.e. Fair Housing Act statement and logo for
the Real Estate industry, HIPAA). trueITpros, LLC cannot
be held responsible for any claim against the Client.
The Client agrees, at its sole expense, to defend
trueITpros, LLC, and to indemnify and hold trueITpros,
LLC harmless from, any claims or suits by a third party
against trueITpros, LLC or any liabilities or judgments
based thereon, either arising from trueITpros, LLC
performance of services for the Client under this
Agreement.
CONFIDENTIALITY:
Either party may disclose to the other party any
information that the disclosing party would normally
freely disclose. The parties may wish, from time to
time, in connection with work contemplated under this
Agreement, to disclose confidential information to each
other ("Confidential Information"). Each party will use
reasonable efforts to prevent the disclosure of any of
the other party's Confidential Information to third
parties for a period of 3 years from receipt thereof.
The recipient may acquire information that pertains to
the discloser's processes, equipment, programs,
developments, or plans that is both (i) disclosed or
made known by the disclosure to the recipient and (ii)
identified in writing as "proprietary" by the
disclosure. The trueITpros, LLC agrees not to disclose
any Confidential Information to third parties or to use
any Confidential Information for any purpose other than
performance of the services contemplated by this
Agreement, without prior written consent of the Client.
